FMS accept faxed purchase orders on +613 9699 7501.

We request that orders be placed in writing to reduce errors. Please contact us if you are not sure what part number you require. We are happy to provide a written quote.

Purchase orders should include the following information:

1. Quantity, Product Description, Part Code and Operating System for each item.
2. Shipping. Unless specified otherwise we will use our express courier service. Charges are as follows for 1-2 items:

   • Australia:

     $15 (Ex GST)

   • New Zealand:

     $35 (Ex GST)

3. Shipping Address: Please provide a physical street address (Not a P.O. Box)
4. Method of payment:
   • Cheque.
   • Credit Card (a surcharge may apply to some resellers)
   • Direct Deposit (Fagan Microprocessor Systems P/L, ANZ Bank, South Melbourne, VIC 3205, Australia BSB# 013 435, Account# 2549 69735). Please advise us or fax a confirmation slip from the bank.
   • Please provide a contact name and/or reference number on your order!

Once the purchase order and payment have been received the goods will be shipped via courier. We will always contact you if the item you have ordered is not in stock or there are delays or problems with the order.

Note: Orders received in the morning are usually dispatched the same day with courier delivery next day to major capital cities however this is not always possible and it is not a guarantee. Please call us if your order is of an urgent nature.

RETURNS
If you have ordered the wrong product please contact us immediately. Do not open the packaging.
